The forum will explore and acknowledge the importance of beliefs, cultural practices and traditions dealing with mental illness and wellbeing within ethnic communities. Consumers and carers from ethnic backgrounds will share their lived experiences during the session. The forum will showcase some of the cultural practices and highlight their importance to people from different communities. An Expo of Mental Health and Multicultural Services will also be on display.
