A culturally responsive workforce: We want your feedback
MHiMA has just completed the initial draft of a national workforce strategy and is seeking your feedback. The purpose of the strategy, Building Cultural Responsiveness: A Strategy for the Australian Mental Health Workforce, is to identify ways to build the mental health workforce's capacity to respond to the needs of culturally diverse consumers, families and carers and communities. The strategy was featured in MHiMA's March 2014 e-newsletter. Read more here.
