Resources for leaders in the community

The below resources have been compiled by Embrace Multicultural Mental Health with advice from the CALD Mental Health Consumer and Carer Group. They are intended to help community leaders recognise if someone may need to seek help for their mental health and how to get help. 

Some of these resources are links to mental health and wellbeing support organisations.
