The VTMH CPH Program is for individuals who work in a Victorian government mental health service, and who have been asked to take on this role by their service. CPHs are local champions who work in child and adolescent mental health services, aged persons' mental health services, state-wide and specialist services, as well as in adult mental health services in both clinical and psychiatric disability rehabilitation and support services.
